NEW OC APPROACHING!! She's not new oc for Elkwood, actually something new I'm trying.
This is Josafeen Elvis but prefers to be called Joe. She is a super lanky 6' 1, 25 year old cartoonist who just wants to make a big break. Coming from a small town and moving to the big city, she tries make her ideas make it in the world but has a hard time. Until she finally comes up with a character named Duggy and becomes her bestseller. Then all of sudden her imagination turns into reality when her best character turns into her biggest headache as he comes to life and will always annoying her. Life finds a way to get ya.
Still working on the story but that's what I have so far.
